How do I schedule an appointment?
Please call us at (702) 323-8355 to speak with a staff member. We’ll reach out as soon as possible to answer your questions and get you started.
What can I expect during the first session?
We typically schedule intake sessions for 90 minutes. This session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know each other. You will talk about your goals, what brings you to therapy, and how we can best support you. Your therapist will ask you questions about any symptoms you might currently be experiencing, and will talk with you about their initial diagnostic impressions.
How long are sessions and how often will we meet?
Standard therapy sessions are 50-60 minutes long. It is usually recommended for clients to start with weekly sessions. However, frequency depends on your individual needs and goals for therapy. Your therapist will work with you to adjust your schedule as needed.
Do you offer virtual (telehealth) therapy appointments?
Yes! All of our virtual therapy sessions are conducted using our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Telehealth offers a range of benefits that make mental health support more accessible and convenient. We have found that one of the biggest advantages of telehealth is flexibility—our clients can attend sessions from the comfort of their own homes, eliminating the need for travel and reducing time constraints.
Do you offer in-person therapy appointments?
Yes! Our office is located in Southwest Las Vegas at 7318 West Post Road, Suite 211, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Please note that we are not able to accept walk-in appointments at this time. Please call us at (702) 323-8355 to schedule an appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens sometimes! While we always attempt to be as flexible as possible, we do kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. In the event of late cancellations or missed appointments, a late cancellation/missed appointment fee may apply per clinic policy.
Do you get involved with legal matters, custody disputes, or court reports?
No, we do not participate in legal proceedings of any kind. This includes custody evaluations, court-ordered treatment, letters for court, or involvement in legal disputes. While we strive to support as many people as we can, our practice reserves the right to decline services if we determine that your needs fall outside the scope of our expertise or if there is a conflict of interest. In such cases, we will do our best to provide appropriate referrals to other qualified providers or resources that may be a better fit for you and your family.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We are contracted with the following insurance plans:
- Aetna
- Prominence Health Plan
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Blue Card Plans
- UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
- UHC Nexus
- UHC Options PPO Plans
- UMR
- All Savers Health Plan
- Surest Health Plan
- Choice Plus
Please note that we are not able to accept clients with Medicaid or Medicare insurance plans at this time. We are not contracted with additional commercial insurance plans other than those listed above.
If you are not a member of one of the above insurance plans, please contact us at (702) 323-8355 for more information about our self-pay rates. We can provide you with a superbill after each session which you can then use to request out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance plan. Many insurance plans will reimburse a portion of services provided by non-contracted providers. For clients using a self-pay option, click here for information about receiving a Good Faith Estimate.
In addition, clients who have an HSA/HRA plan can typically use these benefits for therapy services. If you have an HSA/HRA card, you may be able to use this card for payment at the time of service. If you do not have a physical HSA/HRA card, you may be able to submit a superbill for reimbursement from your HSA/HRA plan.
It is the responsibility of the client or the client’s legal guardian (if the client is a minor) to verify insurance benefits and plan status.
